It was wonderful to connect with so many new and familiar educators at the MAAEYC Conference on April 18. Jody and Katrina Lay truly enjoyed seeing everyone, sharing ideas, and engaging in meaningful conversations about early childhood education. Opportunities like this remind us how strong and supportive our community is. We are so grateful to have been a part of it!
Our Consulting & Professional Development Services are now live! Flexible, customizable, and designed with your real program challenges in mind.

Lead with Quiet Strength. Reflect. Connect. Grow.
Looking for a thoughtful, low-pressure way to strengthen your leadership practice? IEPD invites you to join our facilitated book club centered on The Introverted Leader by Jennifer B. Kahnweiler. This monthly book club is designed for educators and leaders who value reflection, purposeful conversation, and meaningful growth in a supportive environment.
Our sessions are held monthly for 1.5 hours. We are looking to set up a book club of about 10 people. Once we have enough interest, we will determine dates/times.
