As you support your staff in prioritizing their wellness, consider joining our Onward Book Club. Onward: Cultivating Emotional Resilience in Educators by Elena Aguilar is a powerful resource that helps educators find their power within and to realize their strength and achieve their aspirations, despite challenges.
Our sessions are held monthly for 1.5 hours. We are looking to set up a book club of about 10 people. Once we have enough interest, we will determine dates/times.

Falling Into Community
Help us create a colorful wall of leaves that celebrates our community!
This activity is designed to showcase the voices and traditions of everyone in your program, educators, administrators, families, staff, and children if applicable. It is flexible and can be adapted for all kinds of settings, offering a creative way to bring people together and highlight the beauty of community. Just like fall leaves, no two will be the same, and together they will create something vibrant and beautiful.
How to get started:
Pick up a blank paper leaf, decorate it in your own style, and add something special to share. You might write about a fall tradition, a cozy seasonal memory, or a favorite activity your family enjoys this time of year. Add as many leaves as you’d like. When we put them all together, our wall will become a vibrant display that shows how every person is unique, and how beautiful we are when we come together as a community.
