Dear Educators,

With the arrival of spring, our days are becoming busier, filled with both work and home responsibilities. Spring progress reports, assessments, summer camp plans, and graduations are all underway, alongside the joyful activities of spring sports and evening walks. It feels like we are all moving towards the sun-filled days of summer, eagerly embracing the warmth and renewal that this season brings.

Amidst the hustle and bustle, I encourage you to take a moment to pause and reflect on the journey of the school year thus far. As educators, you play a crucial role in nurturing the growth of young minds, and witnessing their development is truly something special. While I miss the opportunity to witness this growth firsthand, I am continuously inspired by the dedication and passion that each of you bring to your classrooms.

Just as the children are growing, so can we, even as adults. It's essential to take the time to reflect on what has worked well this year and what you'd like to change. Growth and change go hand in hand, both for teachers and children alike. Embrace the excitement of trying something new and celebrate the successes that come with it.
