IEPD, Inc. offers a broad range of consultation services to support programs and agencies. These services may include :

• Assistance with identifying and achieving program improvement goals
• Assisting with use and implementation of assessment tools
• Developing supervision and leadership skills
• Providing support with grants
• Providing support with staff meetings (Do you have a topic you would like to review with your staff?  We can design and offer a short training for your staff during a staff meeting. Snippets are generally up to one hour in length. Topics have included communicating with your colleagues, resiliency and self-care, transitions, routines, and more!)
